Dosage & Usage

Take 1 capsule daily. Swallow with plenty of liquid, preferably in connection with a meal. The recommended dosage should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Ingredients

Capsule shell: gelatin (from bovine), humectant (glycerol).
Each capsule contains 1200 mg of soy lecithin.
