Elexir Purefish® is a dietary supplement containing Norwegian fish oil sourced from salmon, herring, sand eel, and cod caught in the Arctic Ocean. These fish species are naturally rich in monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA) and the rare omega-3 fatty acid DPA.

Omega-3 with DHA helps maintain normal brain function and vision.
DHA and EPA contribute to the normal function of the heart.

Dosage & Usage

The beneficial effects are achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA and EPA, which corresponds to 4 capsules of Purefish® Omega-3.
Take with a meal. Store dry at room temperature and protected from sunlight.
If you are on blood-thinning medication or preparing for surgery, consult your doctor or nurse before using fish oil supplements.
