Pharma Nord Bio-Fiber is a dietary supplement without added nutrients. Each tablet contains a balanced mix of 460 mg of natural, soluble and insoluble vegetable fibre. The fibres come from lemon pectin and sugar beet and compensate for the relatively low content of fibre in modern diets.

Dosage & Usage
- 4-12 tablets daily as needed. Swallow the tablets whole with plenty of liquid. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
