Cicamed Scar is a silicone gel that softens, smoothes and reduces scars caused by injuries, acne, burns or surgery.

• The product forms an invisible film that affects the outermost layer of the epidermis (the stratum corneum). The membrane encapsulates the skin's natural moisture, which helps to restore the skin's normal balance. The silicones allow oxygen to pass through while keeping extra moisture out. Cicamed Scar also acts as a protective barrier against bacteria.
• The product was previously called Cicatrix.

HOW TO USE 

Massage a thin layer of Cicamed Scar over the scar morning and evening. Let dry 5 min before cosmetics/clothing. Recommended treatment time is at least 2 months. Discontinue treatment in case of skin irritation. Do not use on open wounds, mucous membranes or in the eyes. Must not be used on pimples. Opened packaging should be used within 3 months.
