Nestlé AlthéRa is a hypoallergenic extensively hydrolysed special nutrition intended for the dietary treatment of infants with cow's milk protein allergy. Althéra contains pure lactose, 2'FL and LNnT, which are specially adapted oligosaccharides for babies.
- Althéra can be used as the only source of nutrition from birth up to 1 year of age. However, for a varied diet, a dairy-free diet should be introduced from 6 months.
- Important: Breast milk is the best food for your baby. Consult a doctor or dietician before giving your child special nutrition. To be used under medical supervision.
Dosage & Usage
The dosage given below is a guideline only and may vary from child to child. The responsible doctor or dietician should always be involved in each individual case. Age 0 – 2 weeks: 90 ml water 3 measured meals per meal. 6 meals per day. Ages 2 – 4 weeks: 120 ml of water to 4 measured meals per meal. 5 meals per day. Age 1 – 2 months: 150 ml of water to 5 measured meals per meal. 5 meals per day Age 2 – 4 months 180 ml of water for 6 measured meals per meal. 5 meals per day. Age 4 – 6 months: 210 ml of water to 7 level measures per meal. 5 meals per day. Age Over 6 months*: 210 ml of water for 7 measured meals per meal. 3-4 meals per day. Use only the measuring bucket provided in the package. Dose out of the measured measurements and avoid packing the powder. Too much powder can lead to dehydration, too little powder means that the baby does not get enough nutrition. Do not change the dosage without medical advice. * Do not introduce other foods without first consulting the child health service. Store in a cool, dry place. Opened jar should be used within 3 weeks.

(DHA), acidity regulator (E330), carbon indibar tartrate, vitamins (C, E, niacin, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, A, thiamine, B6, folic acid, K, D, biotin, B12), L-arginine, L-histidine, taurine, inositol L-carnitine.
