Pharbio Omega-3 Forte is a dietary supplement with highly concentrated fish oil. With one capsule, you get the recommended daily intake of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA (250 mg).
Omega-3 are essential fatty acids that the body cannot produce itself and are found in, among other things, fatty fish. The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA found in Pharbios Forte contribute to the normal functioning of the heart. The fatty acid DHA also contributes to maintaining normal brain function in adults. (Applies to an intake of 250 mg/day).

Dosage & Usage
1-2 capsules. For children from 12 years: 1 capsule. Pregnant and breastfeeding 1 capsule. Preferably taken in conjunction with a meal. If you are taking blood thinners such as warfarin (Waran), you should consult your doctor before taking omega-3 supplements.
