Pharma Nord Bio-Chrom used in Bio-Chrom is organically bound, which means that it is bound to the yeast's natural amino acids (chromic yeast). It has excellent bioavailability and is up to 10 times more absorbable than other approved chromium sources. Chromium is an important mineral that contributes to the normal metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Dosage & Usage

• 1 tablet daily for adults and children over 11 years. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
