Semper ma Bra Valling Wholemeal Original is a whole-grain porridge for adults. Må Bra is rich in iron and calcium and is enriched with vitamins A, C, D and E. Perhaps perfect as breakfast or a snack.
Dosage & Usage
Preparation in the microwave: Pour 4 tablespoons of gruel powder into a mug, whisk in 2 dl of cold water and heat on full power for 1–1½ minutes. Stir and the gruel is ready. Preparation in a saucepan: Pour 4 tablespoons of gruel powder into a saucepan, whisk in 2 dl of cold water and heat to the right temperature. Opened packaging is consumed within 2 months.

Milk (<0.1% fat), whey powder (from milk), oat flour 18%, whole wheat flour 12%, malted barley flour 12%, rye flour 7.5%, wheat flour 6.5%, veg. oil (rapeseed 3.5%, sunflower), cream, sugar, minerals (calcium, iron, iodine), vitamins (A, D, E, C, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6), iodized table salt.
