Dosage & Usage
Preparation in the microwave: Pour 4 tablespoons of gruel powder into a mug, whisk in 2 dl of cold water, and heat on full power for 1–1½ minutes. Stir and the gruel is ready. Preparation in a saucepan: Pour 4 tablespoons of gruel powder into a saucepan, whisk in 2 dl of cold water, and heat to the right temperature. Opened packaging is consumed within 2 months.
Ingredients
MILK (<0.1% fat), desalted whey powder (from MILK), OAT flour 18%, malted BARLEY flour 12%, whole grain WHEAT flour 11%, RYE flour 7%, WHEAT flour 6.5%, veg. oil (rapeseed 3.5%, sunflower), CREAM, minerals (calcium, iron, iodine), iodized table salt, vitamins (A, D, E, C, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, B6). 136 g of milk (<0.1% fat) has been used to make 100 g of powder. The product contains 49% wholemeal flour.
